A 10% commission applies to all services booked through the platform. • Booking Fee: Clients pay a non-refundable booking fee that helps maintain platform security, service provider verification, and operational costs. This ensures a high-quality and safe experience for all users. • For Unskilled Workers (Train for Hire): You agree to complete necessary training before being connected to employers. A 10% commission is deducted from your first salary after placement. • Disputes between clients and service providers must be reported within 48 hours for resolution.

Marketplace & Vendor Listings

• Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and delivery details. • Buyers must make payments through the platform for security reasons. Payments are held until order confirmation. • Vendors receive payouts once the buyer confirms order delivery.

Real Estate & SUV Listings

• For Real Estate Agents: Only verified agents can list properties. All property details must be accurate, and agents must comply with local real estate laws. • For SUV Sellers & Rentals: Listings must be genuine, with clear pricing and condition details. Transactions must be completed through the platform for security.

Payments & Fees

• All payments for services, products, and listings must be processed through BuyNucale.com. • Transaction fees or commissions may apply depending on the service category.

Dispute Resolution & Refund Policy

• If a dispute arises between a buyer and a seller, or a client and a service provider, BuyNucale.com will mediate. • Refunds will only be issued if a service or product was not delivered as promised and after an internal review.

Posting for Engagement

• Users can post ads and promotional content, but content must be legal and not violate any community standards. • Fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate posts will be removed, and the account may be suspended.

Prohibited Activities

Suspension & Termination
